I’m a qualified coach with a genuine passion for helping people uncover new pathways to success. Before stepping fully into coaching, I spent 15 years in education—teaching, supporting children, and championing my colleagues through coaching that helped them grow into their potential.
My own journey has been anything but linear, and that’s a big part of why I do what I do. I trained at the Royal College of Music, worked at a world-renowned concert hall in London, and went on to hold senior leadership roles in both state and private schools. Each transition taught me how to embrace change with curiosity, hard work, and a willingness to reflect and follow through on goals.
Alongside my coaching practice, I’m proud to be an associate with Leadership Edge – Coaching in Schools, Music Mark, and Full Circle Education Consultancy. These partnerships allow me to support a wide range of individuals and organisations, each with their own challenges and ambitions.
One of the most common questions I’m asked is: “How can you help me if you haven’t worked in my industry?” The truth is, coaching isn’t about knowing your job—it’s about knowing you. My role is to walk alongside you, listen deeply, ask the right questions, and challenge you in all the ways that help you grow. You bring the expertise in your field; I help you unlock what you want to do with it.
Outside of work, music is still a big part of my life. I play regularly with orchestras and ensembles, and most of my happiest moments are spent with my wonderful wife and our two children. I’m also a trustee for a small charity, Chance for Children, which is very close to my heart.
