I am Justyn

I am a qualified coach who is passionate about helping individuals to find new pathways to success. I worked in education for 15 years where, as well as teaching, I also provided key support to the children and my colleagues, coaching them to help them reach their full potential. 

My own career path has shifted and changed over many years. I studied at the Royal College of Music; worked at a world-renowned concert hall in London; served as senior leader in schools across both the state and private sectors; before finally becoming a fulltime coach. These transitions have helped me learn how to embrace change through hard work, reflective practices and actioning of goals. 

Potential clients often ask how I can help them, considering I don’t have direct experience of their field of work. As a coach, my role is to be your companion on your journey, someone who listens intently to your needs and desires, and challenges you to achieve them. I don’t need to know how your industry works to be able to do this – you already have that knowledge. 

Outside of my work, I still love music and play regularly with orchestras and ensembles. I spend time with my beautiful wife and two children, and I am a trustee for a small charity called Chance for Children.
